KVO sold to 'PR firm of the decade'.(Brief Article)

KVO Public Relations, looking for an opportunity to continue growing, has been sold to public relations giant Fleishman-Hillard.

After 17 years as a locally owned public relations shop with an emphasis on technology companies, KVO decided it was time to say yes to one of the aggressive suitors that pursued the company over the past year, said Sharon VanSickle, KVO co-founder, president and chief executive.

"Since we've been around for a long time and have been a big player in technology public relations in this market, we've been approached by a lot of firms over the years," VanSickle said. "I'd say we've been aggressively pursued over the last year." …
