The federal workplace in the 21st century will be very different from that which existed at the turn of the last century. Are federal human resources management policies and practices up to the challenges that lie ahead?

In the rush of everyday life, we may intend to devote time to the contemplation of some of life's mysteries--such as why things are the way they are and whether they could be different--but we seldom get around to it.
