Seattle small business owners whose businesses were damaged as a result of the World Trade Organization riots late last year can soon start to get some much-needed relief.

U.S. Small Business Administration's Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) are now available to local small businesses in King and surrounding counties needing financial assistance to offset the impact from the riots, which took place in Seattle Nov. 29 through Dec. 4, 1999.
