A few years ago, the term "road Show" probably still made people think of a traveling circus.

In business circles these days, the "road show' is a circus of hungry techies, eager investors and private jets that circle the globe. It's the heady time when a technology company tries to convince financial institutions to invest in its initial public offering.

Jim Maclntyre, CEO of McLean-based software company OneSoft, has his road show under way right now. He's hitting a few European cities, then a dozen or so U.S. cities.
