Two privately held homegrown companies have struck a deal that will allow each to become more adept at serving different segments of the Internet economy.
ADC Information Technologies Inc. plans to disclose April 7 that it's acquiring the hardware, software and networking and professional services divisions of Columbus-based Micro Gallery Inc.
Terms of the deal, which will take effect April 10, weren't disclosed.
