STRIP DISTRICT -- Seagate Technology Co. is expected to ink a deal shortly that will commit it to becoming the main tenant in a 200,000-square-foot building in the Strip District, real estate sources have said.

The deal between the Scotts Valley, Calif.-based computer disk maker and the Buncher Co., a Squirrel Hill real estate and development company that owns a large chunk of the Strip District, has been in the works for more than a year.
