Frost National Bank has teamed up with C-Bridge Internet Solutions Inc. and the Hewlett-Packard Co. to develop the framework for an Internet banking initiative.
The initiative is based on the development of separate web sites, or "web communities," geared to consumers and to different segments of Frost's commercial customer base, such as health care, manufacturing and retail industries, according to Richard Putz, the chief strategy officer for Cambridge, Mass-based C-Bridge.
Putz adds that the first phase of the project is scheduled to be unveiled during the next two months.
