KOHIMA, March 9. - The National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Khaplang) said today that it had already signalled to the Centre that it wants a political dialogue. No positive response, however, had come from the Centre.
Speaking to The Statesman over the phone, a NSCN-K official, Mr Kughalu Mulatonu, said the outfit came forward with the idea of holding talks with the Centre for a solution to the Naga political problem.
