CALCUTTA, March 9. - Even as the reopening of the Sahaganj factory of Dunlop India Ltd is scheduled for Saturday, the company's chairman, Mr M R Chhabria, said today that it had set for itself targets which were "difficult but achievable."

The present management team was working under close supervision of the board and was taking all necessary steps in the direction of achieving these targets, he said in a statement issued from Dubai. With the reopening of the Sahaganj unit in West Bengal, the first phase of the rehabilitation process of the company would be complete, he added.
