The Systron Donner Inertial Division of BEI Technologies, Inc. (One Post St., Ste 2500, San Francisco, CA 94104; Tel: 415/956-4477, Fax: 415/956-5564) has granted a limited sublicense to Toyota Motor Corp. (Tokyo, Japan) to make and use a micromachined quartz rotation rate sensor under a Japanese patent controlled by BEI.
