Barshop & Oles to sell two local retail centers.

An Austin developer has listed two retail centers for sale as part of a six-property portfolio with a value of about $100 million.

Barshop & Oles is seeking to sell the Austin centers along with three centers in San Antonio and one in Houston. Jack Crews, an investment broker with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in Dallas, is marketing the portfolio.

The Austin properties are:

* Four Points Center Phase I, a 117,000-square-foot complex northeast of F.M. 2222 and R.R. 620. Barshop & Oles recently completed the development, which is about 95% leased and includes a Hollywood Video, an HEB grocery store and a Compass Bank.
