Portal Software, Inc., a California-based provider of business infrastructure software for Internet and next-generation communications services, recently announced that Infocom Technologies, Inc., one of the largest Internet service provider (ISP) in the Philippines, has licensed Infranet, Portal's customer management and billing software, to enhance Infocom's back-office operations.

Part of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Group of Companies, Infocom was founded in 1995 and currently supports an estimated 70,000 residential FIlipino users.
