Placer Sierra Bank is opening new fullservice branches in El Dorado Hills and Lincoln, expanding the Auburn bank's network to 27 offices.

The El Dorado Hills branch opens Saturday and the one in Sun City Lincoln Hills is due to open early next year. Each will employ five people.

"El Dorado Hills is an infill branch for us. It is the third leg of the stool for us along the Highway 50 corridor," said Diane Bacon, executive vice president of Placer Sierra and chief banking officer in charge of the branches. "We are concentrating in our core market region.
