BANGALORE, Dec. 25

FEDERAL Technologies Ltd, a Bangalore-based company setting up a design studio in multi-disciplinary engineering with a broader perspective of system design, has decided to open offices in Detroit, Frankfurt, Taiwan, Singapore and Melbourne.

The decision is part of the company's global expansion plans. It expects to emerge as a "globally recognised consulting house on designs", said Mr. Rathan Kumar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Federal Technologies (Fedtec). The design studio is being set up with an initial investment of Rs. 5 crores in an area of 12,800 sq. ft. in Bangalore.
