A note about the value of change which periodically is essential. This will be the last issue of Frohlinger's Marketing Report under my direction. Joseph Frohlinger will join the consultancy practice of Bialla & Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized, retained executive search and management consulting firm with a practice specialized in consumer oriented businesses next month.
I will lead the company's efforts along the East Coast and was asked to establish an Eastern practice for the firm. As you probably know, Bialla & Associates has established strong niches in its core marketing, advertising, and Internet areas.
After thirty years as an award-winning journalist, frequently quoted in business magazines and national media including The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, it's time for a career change.
I have spent much of my professional career covering Fortune 500 companies with a focus on business coverage of advertising, marketing and media firms. As a journalist, my career has been devoted to researching and analyzing corporate marketing strategies for some of the world's most recognized brands. I have interviewed CEOs of many packaged goods firms including Hallmark, Gillette, Nabisco, Kraft and Pepsi.
I have extensively written about major categories that devote large portions of their corporate dollars towards building brands. I have advised and written about companies across numerous industry categories, from beverages and restaurants to Internet marketing.
I have been inside many major and small companies but my move into the executive recruitment and management consulting business will utilize my unique knowledge on a global basis of many corporations.
