GRAPEVINE -- Sun & Ski Sports will lease 30,000 square feet at Grapevine Mills mall.
The new store is scheduled to open in June, said Barry Goldware, Sun & Ski CEO, and its finish-out will begin next spring at a 55,000 square-foot shell space under construction next to the Polar Ice skating center, set to open soon.
Sun & Ski is owned by Retail Concepts Inc., a company in the Houston area that specializes in selling water and winter skiing, in-line skating, bicycling and camping equipment.
The store has had a 5,000-square foot seasonal shop in Grapevine Mills for three years.
