SOFTWARE Technology Group International (STGI), the eighth largest training company in India has come out with a public offer to finance its expansion.

It is setting up training centres in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Calcultta, a off- shore development centre at Gurgaon apart from a subsidiary in US and offices in the UK and Australia.

It is also planning to expand its franchise network within India and abroad. The cost of expansion has been estimated at Rs. 22.01 crores with equity financing to the extent of Rs. 21.03 crores. The offer to the public is being made at Rs. 66 per share.
