NEW DELHI, Nov. 17

THE Smile Train, an international non-profit organisation committed to eradicating the problem of cleft lips and palates, has announced its entry into the country. Its first partnership is with IMPACT India Foundation, a healthcare organisation serving people throughout India. Through this partnership, The Smile Train would provide surgeries for children in India born with cleft lips and palates and fund research to reduce the incidence of cleft lips and palates in semi-urban, rural and tribal areas.
