The Kolache Factory is churning out more locations.

The Houston-based chain of restaurants known for its meat or fruit stuffed pastries will launch four new stores in the area by February 2000. The first store, which will open by early November, is located on Highway 6 at Williams Trace in Sugar Land. The latest spot will mark the eighth location for the family-owned chain.
