KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8 (Bernama) -- Malaysia has called on all nuclear weapons states to engage themselves at the negotiating table with the international community and recognise its global effort to ensure the progress of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT).

Speaking at the conference on facilitating the entry into force of the CTBT, in Vienna, on Thursday, the head of the Malaysian delegation, Tunku Datuk Nazihah Tunku Mohamed Rus, said that positive attitude and the commitment of the nuclear weapons states were essential in ensuring the success of any treaty on nuclear disarmament.
