BANGALORE, Aug. 28

THE International Trade Centre (ITC), affiliated to Unctad/WTO, has launched a global plan to source organically grown products from developing countries and market them in the developed countries.

It plans to do this by building up a multi-level network with NGOs on the one end to reach small farmers and the "hard headed" commercial exporters at the other to get best returns for the products. It will also promote trade, develop markets and products, offer trade support and information and help supply management.
