Dialysis company sets expansion plans.(Western New York DC LLC acquires dialysis unit of Kaleida Health)

Kaleida Health has sold a kidney dialysis unit and the rights to build a dialysis center to a dialysis company with expansion plans in Western New York.

Western New York DC LLC bought the unit at Millard Fillmore Hospital at Gates Circle and plans to build a dialysis unit in Williamsville. The deal is valued at $929,700.

The hospital-based unit opened in the early 1970s and has 14 stations. Western New York DC entered into a long-term lease with Kaleida to keep the clinic at that location.

The second center will be at 1542 Maple Road at the Louis Lazar Family Medicine Center. Construction of the 12-station unit is expected to being this month and …
