Building on buzz generated by Barnes & Noble, Austin Grill and a host of other trendy shops and eateries at Bethesda Row, Rockville-based Federal Realty Investment Trust has unveiled plans for more.

Bethesda Row is a 275,000-square-foot retail, restaurant and office complex that Federal Realty has been building in stages since 1993. In the heart of Bethesda, it's bound by Elm Street, Bethesda Avenue, Woodmont Avenue and Arlington Road.
