Lisbon, Aug 14 (ANTARA) - The declaration of the Timorese Nationalist Party (PNT) in the Portuguese capital city of Lisbon recently is proof that not all East Timorese living here support independence for the troubled territory, an academician said on Friday night.
"The statement of PNT general chairman Abilio Araujo that he accepts Indonesia's offer of large autonomy is a new phenomenon which proves that not all East Timorese here belong to pro-independence camp," Prof.Nuno Rocha told ANTARA here.
