Local real estate guy rocks with release of his first CD

During working hours, when Paul Cohn hums a song it's usually to the tune of "Let's Make A Deal," and as a partner in Hastings & Cohn Real Estate, that's good.

After hours, Cohn sheds his sport coat and tie, grabs a Martin acoustic guitar and becomes a troubadour. Cohn, the Warren Zevon/Jackson Browne wannabe, is his alter ego, Dr. Stone.

Dr. Stone . . . err, Cohn . . . just released his first CD, "Too Many Hits," and will celebrate its debut with a party next month.

The 13 songs on the CD were all penned by Cohn, who always wanted to be a rock star, under his "Dr. Stone" persona. …
