Oil States Industries Inc., Arlington, Tex., has announced a further expansion to its U.S. operations with the addition of CE Marine, Inc. to its growing list of subsidiary companies. The new company name will be Oil States Skagit Smatco.

Skagit Smatco provides mooring systems, winches, J-lay systems, pipe handling and racking systems and a variety of other custom fabricated equipment to the marine industry. The company was originally created by Continental Emsco in 1997 with the merger of Smatco Industries Inc. and Skagit Products. …
