John Davis Co. gets a new build-to-suit from Panattoni

Buoyed by revenue growth of 61 percent last year, The John Davis Co. has signed a deal with Panattoni Development Co. for a new headquarters building on Expo Parkway in Sacramento.

Leasing the two-story, 60,000-square-foot building will more than double the company's current space on Auburn Boulevard. If all goes well with the permits and construction, the building will be ready next May, said John Davis president Timothy Waits.
