APEX Equity Holding Bhd is proposing an extension of its subscription period for its outstanding warrants by five years from June 27 1999 to June 27 2004.

In circular to shareholders and warrantholders, Apex said the approval for the extension of the subscription period from five to ten years was appproved by the Securities Commission on February 22 1999.

A notice of the extraordinary and warrantholders' meeting will be held on June 8 1999 at its office in Kajang.

The company had issued RM28.31 million amount of 3.5 per cent five-year guaranteed redeemable loan stocks issued on June 28 1994 and redeemable on June 27 1999 at par with 24.76 million …
