Philadelphia's Ben Franklin presents recommendations
The emerging biotechnology industry may never fulfill its potential unless cash-starved biotech firms are permitted to sell tax credits and unless other hurdles to financing their growth are removed.
So says a recently released report that offers more than a dozen recommendations outlining what should be done to grow the state's biotechnology industry.
