EDMONTON, Alberta _ Richard Matvichuk first played at the old Northlands Coliseum, the site of Sunday night's game, when he was 8. Darryl Sydor had to wait for his first NHL game to play there, but that made it even more memorable.
Both of the Edmonton natives, however, find the friendly confines of the Oilers' arena _ now called Skyreach Centre _ to be just like home.
``It's a great place,'' Matvichuk said. -I've got a lot of great memories here.''
Matvichuk bought 14 tickets for friends and family and said they would all be cheering for the Stars.
``They'd better be, or they'll be buying their own tickets next time,'' he said.
