A world class fingerprint identification system, which can identify a person within seconds, anywhere, anytime, was launched here yesterday.

The Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Communications Dato Paduka Malai Haji Ali Malai Hj Othman and the German Ambassador Ingmar Brentle officially launched this product at the Centrepoint Hotel in Gadong.

This sophisticated ID system was officially sold to the Brunei market by Sistem Komputer Alif Sdn Bhd together with Dermalog Afis Sdn. Bhd.
