ORLANDO - Could Angelo Morini's rooster be ready to lay another golden egg?

The Galaxy Food CEO's office credenza sports a 1-foot-tall, reddish-copper rooster adorned with golden fleece. Every time the health food manufacturer increases sales by $20 million, Morini places a golden egg under the rooster. "There's one egg up there right now," he says. "My goal is to have five eggs up there - right away."

In fact, Morini's company has more to crow about these days than it has had in some time. Armed with a new line of healthy foods and flush with new contracts, the Orlando-based food manufacturer appears poised to build a better bottom line.
