THE Karnataka State Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (KSIIDC) and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) will meet in Delhi this week to finalise the modalities for the formation of a joint venture company to develop the Bangalore International Airport, according to the Minister for Medium and Large Industries, Mr. B.L. Shankar. Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he said KSIIDC and AAI would hold a 13 per cent stake each in the joint venture.
