BANGALORE, April 11

THE Karnataka State Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (KSIIDC) and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) will meet in Delhi this week to finalise the modalities for the formation of a joint venture company to develop the Bangalore International Airport, according to the Minister for Medium and Large Industries, Mr. B.L. Shankar. Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he said KSIIDC and AAI would hold a 13 per cent stake each in the joint venture. The tender would be open to interested parties including the Tatas, Mr. Shankar said. …
