NEW DELHI, April 10

THE Delhi High Court today issued a notice to the Information and Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry and the Prasar Bharati Corporation (PBC) on a petition filed by the Delhi-based Eureka Communications and Media Private Ltd seeking investigation of the agreement between PBC and its sports marketing consortium.

The petition alleges that the marketing consortium, which includes Nimbus Communications, UTV Software, Creative Eye and Stracon India, was chosen for acquisition of rights and exclusive marketing of air time …
