Business Basic. $99; $12-$39 in site-license quantities. A special version that has view and annotation capability, Business Basic lacks the PDF Writer and Distiller tools needed to create PDF documents from other applications.

Acrobat Reader 4. Freely downloadable as before, the reader has viewing, searching and navigation, but lacks all editing and markup tools.
