That's the gist of Disney's formal reply to an Orange Circuit Court lawsuit filed by Boca Raton-based International Network of Conferences.
The company contends Disney owes six-figure commission fees for rooms booked on behalf of the United Auto Workers-Chrysler Joint Activities Board. The group held its annual conference at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in February of 1998.
