Being an environmentally conscious energy manager is about paying attention--and not just to the pervasive bottom-line outlook on doing business. Sure, saving energy will make the bean counters in your organization happy, and using less energy, of course, will generally have a positive environmental impact in terms of fewer pollutants released into the environment.
