Purchase and renovation of 24 apartment complexes (5,143 units) in the Greenspoint area, north of the Sam Houston Parkway between Interstate 45 and West Hardy, in one of the biggest multifamily housing deals of its kind. CityView is having a positive impact on the entire Greenspoint area as severely deteriorated properties are being transformed into an attractive community.
