After a six-month competition that included a dozen advertising agencies, Hensley Segal Rentschler has won its biggest client even - food service equipment manufacturer Hobart Corp.

The contract comes just two months after Springdale-based Hensley Segal pulled what may have been the winning move hiring the embattled former head of Willis Case Harwood, the Dayton-based agency that held the Hobart account for nearly two decades.

Nevertheless, to win the $2.5 million account, Hensley Segal beat out 11 other agencies from Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, Columbus and Cleveland.
