NORTH DALLAS - Texas Health Choice L.C. has tapped a new local leader to transform what was Kaiser Permanente-Southwest into a health plan offering patients more doctors and more choice.
Dr. Allan R. Mintz, a physician with 12 years of experience in the business side of managed care, is returning to Dallas to take on the role of market president.
He practiced orthopedics in Dallas and earned an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University before working in Southern California for the past 12 years.
