Antaeus Group Signs Agreement.
The Antaeus Group (10626 York Rd., Suite D, Hunt Valley, MD 21030; Tel: 410/666-6160, Fax: 410/666-6110) has signed a multi-million dollar distribution agreement with PENCON, an engineering construction firm in Egypt. Under the terms of the agreement, over a three-year period starting in 1999, Antaeus will provide PENCON 15 SSM-150s, steam sterilizer macerators that transform infectious medical waste into a confetti-like, non-hazardous material that is easily disposed of as ordinary trash. Headquartered in Giza, PENCON will serve as Antaeus's sole and exclusive distribution partner in Egypt.
