One of the contributing factors to worker optimization - for both managers and staff - is the enjoyment of work. An aspect of finding work enjoyable is to eliminate negative stressors. In order to do that, you really have to learn how to cope. According to Webster's dictionary, coping means "to struggle or contend with a degree of success."
