Scott Gilbert and Justin Bilbao were barely into their 20s when they scraped together $10,000 from family members to start their own clothing store.

They didn't realize a profit until the third year and had to work at additional jobs to pay their bills. The fourth year their Getta Clue Store, which sells young men's urban clothing and accessories, showed definite growth, allowing the partners to support themselves.

In April - in year six of the business - Gilbert and Bilbao moved Getta Clue into Downtown Plaza from the K Street Mall. In big part because of the move, Getta Clue expects to reach sales of $800,000 by year's end, a 40 percent increase over last year's sales.
