Dalim has filed for bankruptcy in its home country of Germany and is believed to be seeking a buyer for its assets. The U.S. office remains open to provide customer support, but many of its employees have been dismissed.
Details of the situation are sparse, since the company has declined to disclose much information beyond confirming the bankruptcy in Germany. CEO Kevin S. Ruttan said that a formal statement would be issued to the press about Nov. 27, or ten days after the bankruptcy filing.
