will be the 1985 All-America Rose

A brilliant scarlet floribunda rose called "Showbiz' has been announced the All-America Rose Selection award winner for 1985. It will be the only selection for the year.

A European rose, "Showbiz' was hybridized by the West German breeder Matthias Tantau a number of years ago. In this country the variety is being introduced by Jackson & Perkins Co., but all major sellers of roses will offer it early in 1985.
