A MAN was due to appear in court this afternoon in connection with an alleged stabbing.
The incident sparked a major police response, with dozens of officers swarming the Torry area of Aberdeen.
An eyewitness today spoke of his shock after seeing the alleged victim lying in a pool of blood.
Teenager Kyle Swan saw the immediate aftermath of the alleged daytime attack on the city's Victoria Road.
Kyle, 16, who lives on Victoria Road, said he was shocked by what he saw.
The media and public relations student said: 'I was coming out of my house with my friend.
