Minister Sergey Shoygu does not always cancel the plans of his predecessor, Anatoliy Serdyukov; he approves of and supports some of his initiatives. According to Izvestiya's information from the Defence Ministry, the other day the head of department ordered the Main Operational Directorate (GOY), the organizational and mobilizational directorate (GOMU), and a number of other subdepartments of the General Staff to complete a study of the creation of a cyber command authority. …
