The New Patriotic Party (NPP) aspiring Member of Parliament (MP) for Builsa North, Mrs Agnes Chigabatia, has commended Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, flag bearer of the Progressive People's Party (PPP), for choosing former Director General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), Ms Eva Lokko, as his running mate for the December 2012 Elections.

"It is not surprising that a woman has been chosen to be a presidential candidate's running mate because we have always been crying for women to get top leadership roles...For the PPP to take the lead to take a women as the running mate is in good order and I therefore call on all the political parties to copy from the PPP's example," Mrs Chigabatia intimated.
