PM found himself in a situation, from which there is no good way out. He had to accepted the candidature of Stanislaw Kalemba as the new Agriculture Minister, because rejecting him would mean long negotiations with the Polish People's party (PSL). And the coalition partner would not let the Civic Platform (PO) off the hook easily. There was no point wasting time over Kalemba, when Donald Tusk lost the main battle earlier: Waldemar Pawlak remained as head of the PSL.
