Prague, Aug 8 (CTK) - Roughly 50 people attended a rally protesting against the appointment of Jan Knezinek as the head of the UNESCO office at Prague City Hall today. The critics pointed to his former work as the head of the Prague City Hall heritage department. The protest rally was called by the extra-parliamentary Czech Pirate Party, but some architects also came there. The protesters called Knezinek a "gravedigger of the Prague heritage."
